Loosen up in this exciting two day painting workshop. This workshop is for anyone who wants to begin painting or for those who want to break away from painting using itsy bitsy teeny weenie brushes and abide by strict rules and regs. Working with acrylic paints, you will learn to layer, lift pigments, print, texturize, splash, wash, glaze, scrape, spray, use things other than brushes to paint with and more. Learn magical color combinations, tried and true compositions, approaches to starting an abstract work and other fun painting techniques. There is no need for fancy or expensive supplies…a sensible supply list will given at the time of enrollment. This workshop is limited to six and fills quickly. Who knew that painting could be so much fun! There are no mistakes! Enjoy the energy! Expect to complete creative works for hanging.
